2024 Injured Worker's Day Rally

Every day, workers across the province are injured or made ill on the job, facing a compensation system that fails to support them. This unjust process is unacceptable.

We demand fair and just treatment for all injured workers and have their rights encoded in law.

This year, join the Ontario Network of Injured Workers Groups (ONIWG) and the Ontario Federation of Labour in signing onto the proposed Bill of Injured Workers' Rights so one worker is left behind. Sign onto the Injured Bill of Rights HERE.

Injured Workers’ day commemorates June 1st 1983 when over 3000 injured workers descended on Queen’s Park and forced a government committee to conduct a public hearing and push major changes to Ontario’s workers’ compensation system.

Join us and our partners in the Labour Movement commemorate this day and demand the Injured Workers Bill of Rights be enforced for workers across Ontario

⏰ Saturday, June 1st at 11AM
📍Queen's Park, Toronto
