Stewards Assembly draws hundreds ready to organize

The Stewards Assembly was held on the evening of Monday, March 25, drawing over 850 leaders and activists to the Metro Convention Centre.  Participants heard stories of adversity and fight back, learned about policies of the Conservative government and how they are impacted, and deepened their community networks by getting to know diverse union members in their own riding.

The Labour Council thanks all participants for their avid attention at the meeting.  We are currently soliciting feedback on the event.  If you were in attendance, kindly fill out this 5 minute survey to help us evaluate the programming and determine next steps.

If you missed the event, you can check out the excellent video submissions from six rank and file members  who shared their union experiences.
