Dec 3: Save The Greenbelt Action - Repeal Bill 23
Our Greenbelt is under attack. Premier Ford, Minister Clark and others have repeatedly promised NEVER to touch the Greenbelt. However, those promises are now broken and tossed out the window. It's time to tell Ford and your local MPPs to keep their promise to hands off the Greenbelt and repeal Bill 23!
Join Environmental Defence Canada's rally this Saturday, co-hosted by Toronto & York Region Labour Council, ClimateFast, Toronto 350.org, Ontario Climate Emergency Campaign, Seniors Climate Action Network (SCAN), and ClimateVoice.

To check rPlease wear green or tie a "green belt" around your outer layer of clothing. We will form a long chain by holding hands to protect Ontario's beloved natural areas.

2:30 - public arrives
2:30-2:45 - music,
2:50 - speeches
3:15 - march
3:45 - re-rally at QP or back at starting point
3:50 discobedience dance

Route options
• If smaller crowd, march around the block of Bay and College, Yonge, etc. and then along College to bottom of Queen’s Park
• If going to Queen’s Park with a Large crowd, line both sides of the bottom half of the circle on the opposite sidewalks and hold hands and/or green ribbons
