Ward 4 is where I grew up, went to school, and still call home.
I’ve served Ward 4 through the local Councillor’s office, then all of Toronto through the Mayor’s office, working in constituency affairs and community engagement. Every day, my job was to truly listen to residents navigating broken systems and bureaucratic walls that felt impossible to move. I learned that with dedication and intention, real solutions are possible and I got results.
Before public service, I worked in TDSB classrooms through ALPHA Education, teaching history through the lens of human rights, peace, and reconciliation. My commitment to education runs deeper still, right here in Ward 4, I’ve volunteered teaching newcomers English and helped them prepare for their citizenship tests at North York Community House and The Neighbourhood Group Community Services.
I have the experience, dedication, and love for our community, and I hope to continue serving in that capacity as your Trustee.
